非常抱歉，首次点评发错了，是下一个行程酒店的。这个是在富兰克林的酒店，来参加客户的供应商大会，住了三晚，前台都非常的nice，第一次来不知道这里打车这么麻烦，半小时也达不到去bowling green 的车，酒店送我们过去了，还挺远的，非常感谢。第二天我们好容易打车去了附近八公里左右的沃尔玛，结果回来打了一小时Uber也打不到，只能求助酒店来接我们回去，非常不好意思，很感谢他们。

The property was clean, the breakfast was included and fine. I did not like that there were parking lot lights shining through the window all night. there were no blackout curtains. There was only sheers. The bathroom is directly in front of the beds with a frosted glass door. So If you turn the light on in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you wake up everyone in the room. The AC unit was not on when we arrived and the room was very hot

The conditioner bottle in the shower was empty.Didnt bother me.but my wife was not hsppy.I found the breakfast to be sadly lacking

Great spot, would stop again
Staff was friendly, courteous and available for needs (if any).
Room was very clean and stocked with everything needed.
Only thing that would’ve elevated the experience is another offering or two on the breakfast options, but still great for an included quick bite before hitting the road. Thank you!

Love this hotel!!
My husband and I will always stay at this hotel. It’s lovely and our experience is always great. This is our third stay at this hotel. We feel safe, welcomed by the staff, treated with respect. The breakfast is included and their selection are great.
酒店位置非常好，出门后往后走，右前方对面就是奥特莱斯，大约步行五六分钟就能到。酒店设施是比较老了，洗澡的龙头也不怎么好调到热的模式，总体还是不错的，叫车也非常方便。

整个酒店一尘不染，香气扑鼻，包括泳池和房间。工作人员热情友好，服务周到。早餐种类不多，但质量不错，一切都非常干净卫生。
房间不错，早餐不错，就是没有茶包。一位女服务员说货在装卸码头。如果客人的咖啡都喝完了，那可就糟了。或许管理层可以拿一箱咖啡留到周二早上喝。电视遥控器坏了，我打电话给前台，她说那里没有维修人员。
虽然离高速公路有点远，但酒店很棒。非常干净舒适，有家的感觉。
