非常抱歉，首次点评发错了，是下一个行程酒店的。这个是在富兰克林的酒店，来参加客户的供应商大会，住了三晚，前台都非常的nice，第一次来不知道这里打车这么麻烦，半小时也达不到去bowling green 的车，酒店送我们过去了，还挺远的，非常感谢。第二天我们好容易打车去了附近八公里左右的沃尔玛，结果回来打了一小时Uber也打不到，只能求助酒店来接我们回去，非常不好意思，很感谢他们。
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked, fresh and tasty, and the service we received from check-in to check-out was friendly and courteous. They acted like they appreciated our business!

I havent had the complimentary breakfast yet but a beautiful property right on the racetrack in Kentucky downs. The room seemed brand new and the geounds were super clean

Had to ask for maid service which is a little odd. We straightened our beds each day but II did expect towels or washcloths tobe replaced if left on floor. Maid wouldn't know if room was not entered.

Staff at this property are so kind and welcoming. Pool facilities at the hotel were fantastic. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, complimentary laundry facilities very convenient and quick to use. Excellent range of choice for breakfast and coffee very good.

Check-in was quick and attendant very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and quiet. I recommend this hotel.
酒店位置非常好，出门后往后走，右前方对面就是奥特莱斯，大约步行五六分钟就能到。酒店设施是比较老了，洗澡的龙头也不怎么好调到热的模式，总体还是不错的，叫车也非常方便。

我和丈夫在情人节周末入住。入住过程很顺利，但房间却令人失望。淋浴间里有霉菌，床又硬又硌，睡起来很不舒服。我们甚至都没住满一晚。大约一个小时后，我们辗转反侧无法入睡，于是起身离开，回家了。
整个酒店一尘不染，香气扑鼻，包括泳池和房间。工作人员热情友好，服务周到。早餐种类不多，但质量不错，一切都非常干净卫生。
房间不错，早餐不错，就是没有茶包。一位女服务员说货在装卸码头。如果客人的咖啡都喝完了，那可就糟了。或许管理层可以拿一箱咖啡留到周二早上喝。电视遥控器坏了，我打电话给前台，她说那里没有维修人员。
虽然离高速公路有点远，但酒店很棒。非常干净舒适，有家的感觉。
