酒店回复: Hola, lamentamos los inconvenientes, recien estamos abriemdo y podemos experimentar algunas fallas, los sandwiches los hicimos en nuestro otro hotel que esta a una esquina, y el agua caliente a veces por la hora de que nadie lo ha usado debe esperar un poco mas con la regadera abierta, sentimos estos inconvenientes y prometemos solucionarlos a la brevedad.

Hotel and Workers Are Good, But Beware of Bed Bugs
Check In was fast and efficient and the workers helpful, competent, and pleasant. However, my room, especially my bed, was infested with bugs; so much so that all could not be removed or exterminated. I had to change rooms. The new room was clean and clear of bugs. Hotel location is in a convenient location with a nice view of the town.
