The breakfast was OK enough. My only real problem was TV issues and when I sit in the room for 3-4 hours with TV issues I struggle to say I had a good stay.
The manager was very pleasant and friendly which helped.

The clerk was friendly. But the heater in the room was noisy, the water tasted awful, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was skimpy. Bread for toast, some yogurt, coffee wasn't hot and probably made from the awful water.

room is clean, but has faint smell of urine in or around the room. i checked in after midnight & after arriving in my room the night manager appears to be out of service for the night. i will mention upon check out.

We arrived and requested a refund which was denied and only gave us 1/2 refund. We had a family situation and needed to get home asap.

The evening staff is amazing, she is helpful & sweet!
The rooms are clean. I normally don't eat the breakfast but the setup is always very nice.

Lovely stay
Perfect accommodation for me and my pup. Plenty of space to walk and close to everything. They allowed an early check in which really saved us from being stuck in the pouring rain.

Not too bad
Very nice pet friendly hotel. Staff was super nice. The was only concern is that I slipped and almost fell in the bathtub. Should take care of that in all the rooms. Also, the continental breakfast was lacking anything remotely healthy. Add some fruit and hard boiled eggs.....

I was charged twice for this room and it still has not been resolved after speaking to the hotel a few times. This is very disappointing as the hotel was decent.
