The room was not clean. Towels had stains on them, the bathroom bad a musty odor, and there were large wads of hair on the floor. Some of the pillows were extremely flat and likely need to be retired. We were in room 201 and there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway and stomping on the floor above floor above even in the middle of the night.

Food was good, staff was a little meh except for the lady who was there in the morning she was more polite. Ice machines worked on some floors now ours or first floor.

The hotel itself was fine and met our needs. However both mornings we were awoken at 5:30am by people arguing up on the 4th floor above our room. I think it was employees who lived there. And the hot tub definitely needs some TLC.

Would stay again
Clean room, comfortable bed. Bring your own soap and toiletries! Only 1 tiny bar of soap for shower and handwashing and very small shampoo for 2 people. They gave us more when we asked.

我们到达那天晚上很冷，我冻得瑟瑟发抖。我走到早餐区，想看看有没有热可可。他们有咖啡，但没有热可可。我当着前台服务员的面跟丈夫说，真希望他们有热可可，这样我就可以暖和暖和了。第二天早上，我惊讶地发现早餐区摆满了热可可粉，她明明可以很轻松地给我拿一包。
街区治安很差，房间即使晚上关了所有灯也亮得像白天一样，因为窗帘没拉到顶，而且停车场灯火通明。前台小哥戴着耳机打私人电话（听起来像是在跟女朋友调情），一边给我办理入住，一边几乎没跟我说话，偶尔开口也是含糊不清，然后对着电话用外语说了些什么，还笑了。态度一点也不热情，也不专业。连WiFi密码都不肯写下来，只是口头告诉我，而且他的口音很重，我几乎听不懂，只好让他重复了好几遍。退房时间明明预订上写的是11点，结果他说是10点。毛巾很小。淋浴水流很小，几乎是滴水。墙壁薄得像纸一样，能听到同层楼其他人的声音。绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
房间很干净，入住期间工作人员非常友好。我不太喜欢早餐；只有鸡蛋，而且煮得不太好，不过他们有烤面包、咖啡和麦片，弥补了鸡蛋的不足。
总的来说，一切都很好。房间非常舒适干净。我还会再次入住这家酒店。
