The Hotel Indigo is our "go-to" hotel when we visit family in Frisco Texas. It is conveniently located near the Ford Center, restaurants, and shopping just off the Dallas North Tollway. The hotel is well-maintained, parking is simple, and the area is safe. We WILL be back!

The staff was very nice and helpful, however the facility and accommodations were a bit lacking. There was no frig or microwave in the room, the coffee maker in the room was terrible, and they did not have coffee even in the lobby. The bar and bistro was only open from 4pm to 11pm. One nice thing was check out was at noon instead of 11am

We don't advertise having either of fridges or microwaves, however BOTH are available if you check in with the front desk. Most of the big hotels in the area do not provide this either. We also know guest are used to all day coffee in some of our brands other hotels, but we don't promote that either. Just wanted to ensure the feedback was given, so other guest can see that WE do have them available, as request.

The cleaning staff didn’t always provide toilet paper and tissues when they were low or out. It doesn’t appear that they cleaned the shower appropriately since I saw a spot that was there before and after they supposedly cleaned our room. The hotel is nice and the staff was always pleasant. It is convenient to The Star which has many restaurants and of course Cowboy paraphernalia.

Was in town for a celebration. our hotel was in a great location. The rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast was wonderful. Last, but certainly not least, the staff was terrific. Will definitely stay again!!
