All the people were nice and the rooms were clean. The rooms all had huge chips in the doors. It didn’t look professional. There was also a huge water and mold problem in the gym which we wanted to use every day. It definitely didn’t make me feel comfortable.

My room had a wet stain in the ceiling and the plaster was peeling from it. Was told management would look at it but never showed.
Check your bill if your eating at the restaurant at check out; tried to over charge me. They charged my room and again on my credit card.
Pool area has stained towels. Seating stained and torn. Water ice cold couldn’t enjoy.

I think you may have mistaken about the bar, as we open tabs with credit cards, and then at the end of the night, you chose to add to your room. That authorization on your card should have fallen off by now. If it hasn't, please let a member of management know.

Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Front desk greeted us every time we walked in or out. They were always helpful. They provided fresh lemon water and lemonade daily and we appreciated that.

Exactly what I was hoping for!
Very happy with my stay - the layout of the room is wonderful (love the mini table across the lounger), the bed was comfortable, and everything was super clean. Check-in and out using the text links was very easy.

My family meets up in Dallas whenever we can and the last 2 years we've all opted to stay at Hotel Indigo. When you walk through the door you're greeted by the front desk personnel with genuine friendliness and it just keeps getting better!
The rooms are modern, clean and so comfortable (with so many thoughtful little conveniences) you want to just relax and stay there. But then you'd miss out on the what Hotel Indigo has to offer in the lounge - big comfortable chairs and sofas, big screen TV's, I could go on and on.
I can't say enough about the staff. Omar at the front desk, Vanessa in the Parlour restaurant, Jacob the Parlour bartender (makes a perfect White Russian), everyone is welcoming and fun. There were many more staffers that I don't know their names but thank you, all of you.
Yes, we will be back!!!!!
