The room had been given away despite my confirmed booking, and I was turned away. The gentleman at the counter was professional and polite, appropriately courteous for the situation, and like all Hiltons I’ve been in the lobby and vending area looked clean, well-stocked and taken care of, but all in all a weird albeit isolated experience.

did not have the breakfast as we had to leave early the room was very comfortable and so were the beds. Clean room and the hotel was clean

I’ve stayed at this location the past couple years, close to the tournament venue and plenty of restaurants. This trip for some reason the hot water was not operating properly, sink never got hot, shower took forever to war or get hot. Otherwise, great service and cleanliness

Loved it! We stay for our childs horse show and its a perfect disarance from the barn and with the bass pro and close restaurants. Its easy to walk!

Was a bit loud from elevator noises. Could hear running water through pipes at night and water took 5-10 minutes to warm up for showers.

Hot water did not work. Could hear other guests all night. Appeared to be water damage in the lobby had wallpaper peeling off the wall.

Room clean, quiet and the young lady checking us in was very polite & friendly.
