The hotel looked nice, but the basics made it one of my worst travel experiences. The AC wouldn’t cool below 72° and there was no ventilation in the bedroom — miserable in the heat. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the shower/sink water pressure was barely usable. I would never stay here again.

Great stay. Only thing I can say I didn’t like was the light switch’s. I know petty but I like real switch’s.

Hotel is great, newer, clean, very modern style, rooms are great, included breakfast is the best, restaurant on site is awesome, great staff, very good service . Satisfied all around.

Great stay in Denton
Lovely hotel, better than average breakfast and a nice perk was the happy hour. Totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Very clean - well organized - staff was amazing
Cleaning staff did not speak English.. was difficult to express special or specific requests to direct line staff - although staff was responsive and helpful

Wonderful stay
The bed was so comfortable. We loved this location. Everything about the hotel was amazing. The breakfast selection was great also.
旅馆很大，很新，早餐很棒，但我定的那个房间水龙头坏掉，洗澡盆里面没有放防滑垫，我摔了一跤，并和他们的经理和前台报告，水龙头他们也及时来修理了，也及时给予了防滑垫，但他们并没有对我再过多的慰问，还好目前在好转中，可能骨头没有受伤，但仍有疼痛，所以他们在服务上一般。
酒店非常新，有微波炉，有冰箱，酒店内部有餐厅，停车免费，住着很舒服，但美中不足的是早餐种类偏少。
太棒了！！！地理位置优越，设施完善，服务也很好！！！
