It was an overall great stay. I'd recommend it to others and we will do it again when in Mt Pleasant.

Wouldn’t recommend. After all the cancellations at airports I would have expected at least a refund on my second night stay that I could not make. I fully intended to make this trip if the airline had not canceled all the flights. Keeping funds for the first night is understandable, but not the second.

For $250 a night, the fridge and remote didn’t work and the shade was ripped. Hotel front desk couldn’t do anything because they were alone. Alone? On a night that is sold out? No maintenance, anything?

Property is excellent but the desk staff were very rude. We checked in very late with Jason and he was unbelievably rude. The young lady at the desk in the morning was just as rude.
