酒店尚可，trip.com 这个平台不值得信任，为了赚取客户的房费，谎称当天的订单不能退也不能修改，理由是酒店不同意退改。可提前一天到达的我，问酒店前台能否调整日期提前一天入住？酒店方面非常肯定的答复：平台同意调整日期即可；但本人在平台上无论如何也修改不了入往日期！提问所谓“专职客服”，永远是机器人的回复:不能退改！在一再追问下，回了一句“如果酒店同意退房，一周后退款”。明明我只需要修改入住时间（提前一天），且酒店方明确表示在平台上修改入住时间即可马上办理入住手续，trip.com平台却设置不能修改 。站在酒店前台的我对这种推三阻四的机器人回复高度怀疑：平台是在千方百计找借口来私吞客人预付款！为了不让这种无良商家的阴谋得逞，咱只好改变行程，在这家酒店连住两晚！给平台多赚佣金的机会，但绝不允许平台有意坑客。如果让平台经常尝到这种设计坑客的回报率远高于正常佣金的甜头，社会风气真会每況逾下。无论trip.com 这个平台的拥有者是香港人还是台湾或者大陆人，都将使我中华民族脸上无光。奉劝平台所有者诚信经营，否则会自食其果。

Everything was very nice during my stay. I did notice some sand present on the floor of my room which I had to keep in mind when getting into bed. The only recommendation is the sliding screen door sticks and could be tricky to close. Otherwise the property was great, the staff was wonderful and I had a great stay.

The view was charming, but the rooms were a little dated. We also noticed that there was a lingering stale odor throughout the hotel. The distance from attractions and shoreline was very accessible. Overall we had a very pleasant two night stay.

Such a nice property! Staff was very kind and attentive! Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Water view was gorgeous and we loved having coffee on the balcony each morning, we were thankful for the keurig machine in our room! It was nice having a little boxed breakfast delivered each morning. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday!
