The experience was wholesome and very engaging. Our guide Mr. Narender was very informative and interactive, he was flexible to take us for a long walk for sunset which was not even part of the package.

Location is good, beautiful building. Good attempt to hv good parking areas, very nice staff. Food is good but expensive. Little less green space. Lacks extra activities . Good attempts made by Pooja who organised wonderfull evenings with full energy .

Everything about this place is just splendid..! Right from the moment we entered, the staff, the ambiance, the location, everything was just fantastic. The view from our rooms was just spectacular. Special mention to Mr Saksham at the restaurant, Mr Shubham, F&B manager, Nisha and chef Gopi at the Pan Asian restaurant for their excellent service..!

It was a wonderful experience and the location is just great. Weather is pleasant and the Studio Rooms are spacious. Being first time in Shimla and not knowing Hindi, we have had our own concerns, but we have got really great help from Ms. Pragya at the Reception and she has accompanied us to our Room and explained everything about the facilities, guided us to plan our itinerary and made us like at our own home. The food was amazing and all the staffs are very courteous and treated all the guests as their own family members. Simply a great experience.

It was an amazing experience staying with Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks Naldehra. We went on a Village Tour outdoor activity with our guide Narender. It was a soothing experience and a peaceful trip to village. We enjoyed the authentic village homemade cooked food. It was delicious. Overall an amazing trip and experience. It was always an outstanding stay with Club Mahindra.

Had a lovely Ridge walk hike with Narinder our guide.Narinder was on time and explained the flora and fauna ***** the way.He was very encouraging when we felt the climb was a bit difficult. All in all a wonderful experience.
