My television did not work, which I believed was just the remote needing new batteries. It took a couple of days for the staff to finally fix it, instead of taking care of it right away. The room was pleasant and clean.

The perfect stay! Fantastic room! Can’t believe the price for amenities in the room and very fair price for our added pet room. Clean, no pet hair anywhere, no lingering pet odors. Will definitely stay here next time through!

My daughter has to sleep on the floor. Booked a room to sleep 5 guests, (3 adults, 2 children ages 13 and 16). Orbitz said hotel room sleeps 5.
No options for rollaway bed, no couch sofa, no bigger rooms available. We are stuck sleeping on floor with one tiny extra blanket. Orbitz chat guy said nothing he could do and ended chat before I could say anything else.
Hotel sucks for not giving any extra supplies and orbitz sucks for not standing behind their word.

Everything was great! Clean, updated room & friendly staff. The only thing is the electrical out let in the bathroom & one in the kitchen didn't work. That was a little bothersome.
