They had roaches!!! Moved us to another room which was “better” but it also had some roaches as well. Really regret booking here.

People work there are very good. Friendly, helpful. Great people it’s just the condition of room is not ok. They will try to make your stay comfortable but property needs work

Took forever for staff to come to office to check us in TV didn't work staff were rude and not willing to show us how to use the TV or plug in our devices that did work it was hot the a/c didn't hardly work it was not a good experience

Dirty room and shower, shower has pee stains and smells like pee. Dead bugs on walls and floor. Blood on the restroom door, the floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Bed sheets were dirty and stained, the mattress was horrible and literally on its last thread, ac didn’t work, NASTY NASTY NASTY. the pictures on the web are false advertisement, the rooms and lobby look nothing like that. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have booked the room. And the rooms are NON REFUNDABLE!!!

We requested for non smoking room and the rooms we got smells like smoke. We asked for asked for a non smoking room at the reception but I was told that that’s the best room they got.

We arrive late so I understand the wait but the employee had us in the lobby for 10 full minutes before he came out. We went to see the room and the stench of feces and rotted flesh was overpowering. We told the attendant at the desk and he said ‘Best I can do is spray perfume’. We had to switch to a different room and no discounts were offered.
