Everything at the hotel was great including the location and variety of restaurants. We will return!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Location was convenient and well located near the national and state parks. Breakfast was good with variety of choices. Plenty of parking and staff was helpful.

Decent hotel, clean rooms, courteous staff, only complaint was paper thin walls to the hallway.

The location is ideal for going to Indiana Dunes National Park. The hotel is clean and the cooked breakfast is good. We also did laundry here, and that worked out well for us on our road trip. The front desk staff was amazing, especially Rolanda and Naomi! They were so cheerful and bubbly and greeted us with big smiles every time we saw them! We would definitely stay here again.

There was very little food out for breakfast due to some sort of issue in the kitchen. There was some issue in the kitchen and they were completely out of other things. Noone working there seemed concerned or made any explanation. A bunch of guests were waiting for food that never came. We ended up having to get food elsewhere. Not a very convenient use of time when traveling. We payed a premium price for our room and did not feel that the hotel was worth it regardless of the breakfast situation. I would never stay here again.

We stayed here two weekends in a row for events in South Bend and it was the best experience. We were greeted by friendly staff, the coziest room, and woke up to the best breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Poor Service
Hotel placed my family and I in a different room than we had booked. The room did not have enough beds and the hotel was booked. Had to leave and go to another hotel. I asked for a refund. Refund hasn’t even come, and the hotel has tried to double charge.

It was ok but not great. When we first arrived, I wanted to empty the trash out of our car from our drive, but the trash can by the entrance was overflowing. Our room was mostly clean, but one drawer had some trash in it from a previous guest. There was no bedding in the room for the pullout couch, but we were able to get some from the front desk. At breakfast, the staff was having a very hard time keeping everything stocked. After I helped my kids get their food, I went back to make a plate and they were out of eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and cinnamon rolls. Later when my daughter went back to make a second pancake, they were out of batter. Even the water dispenser said it needed to be refilled. In the pool area, the towel shelves were empty. The staff was friendly and overall things seemed clean, but it wasn’t the greatest stay.
