Staff hospitality was amazing. Prakash and his team were very nice and helpful. Ajay cleaned rooms was very nice.
Laundry advertised is at an extra cost but good service, so didn't mind.
We did not eat there so not sure of food choice.
I booked two double rooms.
Unfortunately the room pictures are not realistic to the condition they are in. The whole hotel including the rooms need refurbishment.
They are advertising rooms as they were 20 years ago when the hotel first opened.
The rooms now have damp and rot with a mould smell. Walls are damp rotten and crumbling.
Unfortunately, the bedsheets, pillow cases and covers although they were washed all had stains even after requesting a change.
Prakash helped change the rooms as the AC was not working. But the condition of both rooms were still very similar in condition.
The shower/toilets too need refurbishment, shower door didn't close properly, toilet seat wobbled.
Otherwise the hotel and the environment is very nice and we had a pleasant stay but cut it short by 1 day.

Rooms are quite good, well maintained and luxury. Service is so so and breakfast was too oily. Overall good experience.
