It is still a hotel under the guise of "Chinese Preferential Treatment", but it treats guests from the Chinese mainland differently. You will be assigned to the lowest fourth floor and it is a disability-friendly room if you booked The superior double room!!! This is a very serious offense to two guests who are under the age of 30 and are in good health! According to the feedback from the front desk, it was moved to the normal room next door. May I know why such a disrespectful action was taken? (The check-in was handled that day by a girl with long hair and no name tag.)
Secondly, a luxury hotel failed to offer the service of exchanging change for guests. The request to exchange 1,000 Thai baht was rejected.
Chinese mainland tourists should also be the ones you should provide proper service to, rather than a reason for discrimination.

The guest was moved to a new room immediately after informing us of their dissatisfaction, and no further concerns or requests were raised by the guest throughout the rest of their stay.” 看得出来酒店并没有觉得自己做的不够好,而是把客人诉求换成正常房间作为完美工作。让我告诉你:换房间不代表你们就是优秀的,分配与欧美等其他国家客人同样的正常房间才是你们该视为理所当然的。It's obvious that the hotel doesn't think it has done anything wrong. Instead, it considers changing the guest's room to a normal one as a perfect job. Let me tell you: changing the room doesn't mean you are excellent. Allocating the same normal room as that given to guests from Europe, America and other countries should be regarded as a matter of course by you. Learn respect, thank you!

房间卫生做得很好,也很新;服务挺好的,正常没有幺蛾子。整体性价比高,并且咖啡明显比那些老五星好喝很多倍,可颂也松软可口。
对面楼下就有一些本地美食,挺好吃的。离泰国朱拉隆功大学很近,可以走路到达,逛逛校园~!
依然是打着华人优选旗号的酒店,却对中国大陆客人区别对待。高级双床房会被安排在最低的四楼,并且是残疾人友好房间,这对于两位身心健康不到三十岁的客人是非常严重的冒犯!与前台反馈,被更换到隔壁的正常房间。请问为何要做出如此失礼的举动?(当天是一位有刘海长发却没有佩戴名字工牌的女生办理的入住。)
其次,一家定位豪华的酒店却无法为客人提供更换零钱的服务,询问是否能换1000泰铢的要求被拒绝。
中国大陆旅客也是你们应该认真服务的对象,而不是歧视的理由。ps对待欧洲客人的热情表现更加突出了对中国大陆游客的冷漠。不要和我杠,杠就是你们******。谢谢。

有迎宾饮料,前台服务非常友好,会简单中文,华人友好,会帮送行李,酒店泳池风景漂亮,房间干净整洁。大堂旋转楼梯旁可以点单咖啡。
距离摩天轮夜市,皇家银河号码头,One Bangkok都很近,很便捷。
服务:入住有欢迎饮品。
设施:卫生间是活动门,可开可封闭为独立空间,淋浴间和卫生间是分开互不干扰。But 床太软了,对腰椎患者不太友好支撑度不够。公区设施比较齐全,健身房和泳池都有。
环境:离MRT地铁口步行距离有一点点远。

这并非我们首次到访曼谷,但去年11月(2024年),我们在前往商场的路上偶然瞥见了都喜D2酒店,并立刻被它吸引了。这次,我们终于有机会在这里住了7晚,结果一点也没让我们失望!
✨ 从我们抵达的那一刻起,酒店就用茶点热情地欢迎了我们,工作人员的服务也超级贴心。大堂时尚现代,立刻让人感到放松,为我们整个住宿奠定了愉悦的基调。
另外,我们真正喜欢的是它的便利性,酒店紧邻最新的都喜中央公园商场。当您想吃地道的泰式小吃或宵夜时,可以通过GrabFood或LineMan直接将食物送到大堂。探索了一整天后,这简直是救星!💯
酒店本身一尘不染,闻起来也很棒,真的给人一种“宾至如归”的感觉。

我真的很享受这次入住!每天都去健身房,泳池也很令人放松,而且一切都非常干净!房间超级干净,用的还是 Malin + Goetz 洗浴用品!超爱泳池!
前台 Jack 也特别帮忙,帮我安排了机场接送,总的来说服务真的很棒。这让我在 Dusit2 的体验非常完美。
房间环境还可以,离酒店不远就有热闹的打卡点,去吃了米其林,还有牛奶,还有海鲜,还有芒果糯米饭,在酒店前台对面还有咖啡蛋糕店
酒店在市区,斜对面就有711,711的巷子走进去有当地人开的早餐点,附近一两公里是朱拉隆功大学,距离大学也是走走大概20多分钟吧,还算方便
酒店有早餐,内容还算丰富,但是每天没啥变化,顶楼有泳池🏊,比较小,整体服务不错,一楼的咖啡挺好喝
这是我第一次住这家酒店,一切都很顺利。我很喜欢这家酒店,服务和位置都很好。不拥挤,干净,味道也很好闻。从前台到客房服务,所有的员工都非常友善、专业,而且总是面带微笑。未来我肯定会再次推荐入住这里。谢谢曼谷都喜 D2 萨彦酒店的团队!
