This place is a cluster #$%^. I have to ask Bonvoy Support for half of the access information (I had two rooms). Only one ever came through. Second, we arrive and the elevator is out of service (which is an issue for me). All the luggage storage is either full or out of order. We are forced to use the chat app to get any assistance and it takes 30 minutes per response. Then I learn the elevator has been broken for a month...so at the time I made a reservation it was not disclosed. Chicago was full that weekend, so I got the last two rooms at the Westin for $200 more than this reservation hoping they would refund my first (which fortunately did happen). And lastly, the restroom in the lobby was GROSS and the lobby worn out and dirty.

We booked 2 rooms in June for this weekend on the day of our arrival 1 room was canceled no reason given we were on the top floor and the elevator broke no discount or apology given very disappointing not very customer concern given tried to call customer services and did not get response.

I stayed at this property during a medical flare-up (gout) and was assigned a room on the top floor—only to discover upon arrival that the elevator was out of service. I was never notified in advance, which was especially frustrating given my mobility issue. The hotel later explained that the notice went to the wrong email due to third-party booking, but no one made an effort to verify or mention the elevator issue at check-in. When I raised the concern, the team offered what seemed like a fair resolution: a refund for the remaining nights, luggage assistance, and reimbursement for a taxi to a new hotel. I appreciated that, and it seemed like the situation would be handled appropriately. Unfortunately, when we called for help with our bags—exactly as agreed—no one showed up. After waiting over 30 minutes, we had to carry everything down five flights ourselves, which defeated the whole purpose of the accommodation. The staff were polite in all communication, but the lack of follow-through on their promised support made a difficult situation worse. If you have any accessibility needs, or value reliable service during a disruption, I’d strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

There's a nightclub on the first floor that shakes the rooms Wed-Sun. If you desire any sleep before 2am, good luck. It sounds like Sonder doesn't have a choice in the matter, but regardless, those nights were the worst sleep I've ever had in a hotel. If I was informed prior to booking, I would not have stayed here.

Great location. Comfortable and very nice. Clean, spacious, and amenities - euro washer/dryer, storage lockers for your luggage, laundry and dish soap, shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash, closet space with hangers. The mobile key feature was awesome. Note that if you are staying Thursday - Saturday: the first floor is a night club and you WILL hear the thumping bass until 2 and 3am!
