The hotel has excellent location and the breakfast is faulous too. The spa although charged extra is worth every penny . What we didnt like is the cleaning service. First of all if there are 4 people in apartment it is suppised to have 4 large and 4 small towels. We complained amd they said you have to ask but even when we asked they left more small than large towels . They didnt change towels regulary and for four people to leave a small amount of shampoo and to say you have to ask for more is outrageous . Am I suppose to interrupt sowerong to ask for shampoo??? Toilet paper - same story It is a pitty such minor things to add bad impression to such a nice hotel

工作人员不会说英语，他们把我带到了错误的停车位，还让我付了钱，结果还被收取了多重停车费。他们给了我一把可以开往另一个停车位的钥匙。
