All went smoothly and efficiently and the lady on the screen was polite and friendly. But it is nothing like the personal face to face.

Whyalla was an interesting place for us to visit and first impressions we were a little daunted by the city centre. Motel had a remote reception set up which is the first time we have encountered. Room did everything we needed and so suited us perfectly. Beach area walk was really good. Glad that we visited.

The room was outdated but of generous size, newly painted, exceptionally clean, nice shower, nice bad, a/c that worked well, nice area to prepared breakfast with all that is necessary - micro, toaster, jug, plates and cutlery and a table to sit an eat. Very good value for the price. Very happy. Everything is close in Whyalla so convenience is not a issue

Fridge tray was full of stagnet wster and smelt so bad. Nearly made me vomit. Didnt realise what the bad odour was until evening so i emptied it and washed it. It was disgusting. Room was okay otherwise.
价格非常便宜 所以要求不高 该有的设备都充足 床意外非常舒服 也没有任何味道 除了浴室水有点小洗澡要洗一段时间 但热水是充足的

抵达前我们非常怀疑，但发现一切都还算满意。我唯一担心的是没有窗帘遮住前玻璃门，晚上看电视时，我们完全被窗帘遮住。我挂了一张自己买的窗帘。电视遥控器和电炉的燃气点火器都找不到。早上的马路噪音真让人头疼。
这个地方需要彻底改造，目前不符合标准。没有人与人接触，只能对着屏幕说话。房间的清洁和装修需要大幅升级，而且噪音很大
打了无数次电话，他们都不回你。
他们甚至不回复信息中心关于预订的回复。
他们根本不关心游客！
非常便宜的酒店，适合住一晚，酒店办公室没有人收到带有门密码的短信
