Staffs were helpful. Clean rooms and bathrooms. But had few issues like the room didn’t have a proper window. The door of the bathroom sounded like old horror movies. The tv had no channels you can only watch youtube.

Nicer inside than it seems from the outside. Kind staff, oddly quiet. Wifi is reliable, hot water is not. Good location and nice enough for the price point.

I book room with breakfast and from 8am i ordered breakfast and now 9am they did not and i am going outside. I want my money back

I have good experience in that stay, staffs also very helpful even they arranged a south indian breakfast for me but the restrooms are need to be fixed

i've had a terrible experience at ayyan residency, primarily due to the night staff's unprofessional behavior. specifically, extremely rude when i approached him for assistance. when i asked if they had a first aid kit as i needed medicine, he bluntly replied that the hotel doesn't keep a first aid box. although the room itself was decent, the bathroom had several issues. the geyser wasn't working, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, and there were cockroaches in the almirah. overall, my stay was disappointing, and i hope the management takes necessary steps to address these concerns and improve their staff's behavior.🙏🏻

Good morning that hotel ion was so wonderful and the price was quite comfortable for the nights tonight fourth of october and fifth october and comparatively other hotels i think that that's that's very good thanks hotel ayaan
