A lovely hotel. I would recommend to anyone. It has a beautiful and sunny eating area for breakfast. Staff was very helpful.

The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, found someone’s wig that was left behind. The bed was uncomfortable, back was hurting after one night of sleeping on it. The hotel offered another comforter to put on the bed but we had to put it on the bed ourselves.

Shuttle not available. Although I called hotel on 11/1/25 to get instructions on ordering shuttle, there was no mention that shuttle wasn’t operating. Upon arrival at LGB on 11/7 at 9:00 pm, called hotel and was informed shuttle not running. On our own to get to hotel and back to LGB airport next morning.
Had already booked next stay for 11/11. Called on 11/10 and was informed they were waiting for a replacement shuttle. On our own to get from car rental to hotel.
Taxi driver asked if we were offered “vouchers”. Apparently, shuttle for Hampton had been out-of-service for at least two weeks! Some guests were provided vouchers to defray cost of taxi fare!!! Obviously, we were not. Are we ever staying there again? Nope.

The room was clean but there were hairs in the shower. The staff was accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is convenient and was good... the menu changed daily.The bed was very comfortable. The door to the room was extremely heavy, difficult to open and quickly slammed close but didn't fully close. An item in my room was missing. Someone took food left on the desk in my aunt's room next door.. The hotel is ideally located 5 minutes away from the airport and across the street from restaurants, Whole Foods and down the street from.a mall. One disappointment was that there was no shuttle available; I received a text telling me to call when I arrived and I would be told the pick up area. When I called, the woman on the phone said we don't have a shuttle. I told her that the website and other references say they do provide it. Then she clarified saying it was in the repair shop. I asked what could I do to get there since I had never been in Long Beach and she quipped " get an Uber" and hung up. The airport attendant overheard and suggested I catch a taxi, which I did. The taxi driver suggested that we ask for a voucher sense there was no notification and the manager said she would make the exception.

Room was great, staff excellent, breakfast good. Pillows were horrible and even though they advertised hotel shuttle to airport it was non existent. They said they were hoping it would get resolved in a week or two, but that didn’t help us.

不错的酒店,前台态度亲切,每天有早饭提供(虽然不好吃),楼下有微波炉可以加热打包的食物,位置虽然有点偏但是附近步行就有wholefoods还是sprouts不记得了,总之就是非常方便

我非常满意这次住宿体验。
房间位置很差,正对着屋顶。房间三天都没打扫。我们要求换毛巾,他们只给了一条,尽管我们两个人。我们再次要毛巾时,他们用塑料袋装着毛巾拿来,扔进房间,根本没收起来。咖啡服务也只在第一天提供。总而言之,这是我们经历过的最糟糕的旅行,我们绝对不会再入住这家酒店。
