酒店的服务人员态度都特别好，第一天由于路远凌晨才到，也帮忙提供晚饭，酒店周边的环境也很好，离周围景点都特别近，还提前询问人数询问是否加床，各种服务都很贴心，非常满意这次出行☺
因为孩子喜欢古色古香的建筑风格，所以去张家界的路上经过比较选择了这家民宿，刚预订成功，管家电话就过来了，加了微信，立马拉了多人服务群。帮我们免费升级了房间，民宿在山脚下，窗外就是山，房间很大，设施很新而且都超好用。早餐中西结合，很丰富，还现煮牛肉面。冬天过去有火炉，和孩子们边吃早餐边观赏窗外的风景。民宿养了两只超肥肥的猫，孩子特别喜欢那只叫面包的，超温顺，我们吃早餐它就躺在孩子腿上打盹，松弛感拉满。民宿设计的很有格调，工作人员会帮你设计旅游路线，帮忙预订门票，管家还接送我们去国家森林公园。本来准备住一晚的，后面孩子要求又住了一晚，如果以后有机会去张家界，还住这里
入住第二天与山雨不期而遇，那就望见雨雾中的山景，享受云雾缭绕的仙境。

1. 酒店提供了免费舒适的接送服务，将我们从机场接到火车站。
2. 往返国家公园也有免费接送服务。
3. 早餐美味可口：有包子、饺子、鸡蛋、新鲜水果和蔬菜——而且这一切都伴随着令人惊叹的山景！
4. 酒店的场地比照片上看起来要大得多，打理得非常整洁有趣。我建议可以安排一天时间专门在酒店放松一下！
5. 酒店有一个小巧可爱的泳池，同样能欣赏到山景。
6. 酒店员工英语流利，对我们几乎所有的小事都提供了帮助！他们帮我们买票，规划了我们每天的行程，协助制定路线并提供了他们的建议。在聊天中，他们对任何问题几乎都是秒回！如果我们晚上在外逗留时间较晚，他们还会关心并给我们发消息。
7. 免费的当地茶叶英文品鉴会非常有趣！你可以在商店里购买当地的茶叶和陶器。
8. 在我们入住期间，我们数到酒店里住着3只狗、7只猫、3只小猫和2只小狗。所有的动物都非常友好，给这个地方带来了 невероятно温暖和家一般的氛围。
9. 洗衣服务是免费的，我们用了好几次，一切都很好！
10. 你可以随时点晚餐。所有的食物都美味可口，有家常菜的感觉，充满了爱意！
11. 房间很棒，非常宽敞，有一张大床、很棒的枕头和非常柔软的床单。
12. 我们退房很早，所以工作人员为我们准备了外带早餐。非常贴心！

太棒了。很暖心的一次住宿体验。全程在感受温暖住了三天还是不舍得继续下站行程。宝宝也很喜欢这里的小姐姐，下次一定再来！还有牛肉面也是一级棒🫶
这酒店氛围感十足，院子里还有小动物，餐厅也很不错。不过，如果你住在一楼，窗外就只能看到一面墙了。除此之外，酒店还是挺好的，有很多地方可以喝茶。住在这里，你绝对能感受到与大自然的融为一体。
这是我住过最好的酒店之一。从火车站接站开始，到丰盛的早餐自助，再到宁静优美的酒店环境，一切都无可挑剔。所有员工都很棒，总能迅速回应并帮助我们解决任何需求。我通常会跳过酒店早餐，但这家酒店的早餐种类丰富，非常美味。他们帮我们预订了所有的票，并开车送我们去了附近的景点。对于较远的张家界天门山和玻璃桥，他们推荐我们使用滴滴，这也很方便。酒店地理位置完美，就在我们想去的所有地方的中心。强烈推荐！
酒店设施一流，房间宽敞、漂亮，还带私人桑拿！早餐很棒，晚餐餐厅也很出色，提供一些国际菜肴。酒店位置在武陵源景区外面，但每天都有免费的私家车接送服务，可以往返于公园的各个大门。员工都非常友好和乐于助人。强烈推荐！
