房间很漂亮,跟照片一样,订的房型有独立泳池,非常好玩。
有看到其他房型的浴缸在二楼阳台,也很有情调,下次试试看。
吃饭是跟濠庄悦苑一起共用的,菜品选择还算OK,吹着海风很舒服。
房间里的环保提袋要花钱买,比较坑。
到的当晚,根据酒店推荐,刷二维码看好了酒店餐厅准备去点餐,直接说只有自助了,别的都不做,但没有人提前告知。换了个餐厅,点餐到菜齐(就两道!)一共花了80分钟!
房间马桶是坏的,坐垫圈修到第三天才好,也没有任何沟通。
又一个晚上到达餐厅,情况如P3,但非说全部订满不让坐。一个服务生让我们半小时后回,一个又说15分钟,结果到吃完饭,餐厅都没坐满过。
在酒店小擦伤,问他们要个创口贴,死活没有,但边上最近的药店在5.1km之外,并且长成P2的样子。我也觉得在那里确实是买不到创口贴的。
员工的英文口音超重,很难通过英文沟通需求,后面有什么需求都跟自己说算了算了。
吃的东西…中午冬阴功里的鱿鱼圈是腥的,晚餐的薯条感觉是中午点的剩下的,餐厅甚至没有复炸一下。感觉像是保温灯从中午照到晚上,就为了在晚上再相见。随便想加个炸鸡,直接说鸡没有了。临走当天的自助午餐,60,000一个人加税加服务费,摆的区域都没有早餐一半多,完全没有饮品,每一道菜都踩雷。甚至引导我去坐的桌子上还有早上剩下没清干净的一大块炒蛋。
服务人员态度都很好,但没有能力解决任何问题。官方给的二维码扫出来的couple massage的标价居然是单人价格。还是跟前台反复确认了才知道,不然又是坑。
本来以为悦椿是悦榕庄下的品牌,应该没问题,但这是第一次选择悦椿,估计也会是最后一次。 真的是非常不愉快的体验。
房间很棒,员工服务周到得令人难以置信,入住和班车服务都非常顺畅。唯一遗憾的是食物不是最好的,但短住几天的话也还能接受。
胡志明市隆海洲际度假酒店很棒
这是我第一次来越南,我选择了和悦岘港酒店(Angsana Ho Tram)——真是一次美妙的体验。
这个价位的设施和服务质量真是令人印象深刻。我遇到的每一位员工都很有礼貌、细心,并且非常友善。他们大多数人英语都很好,所以沟通完全不是问题。
房间非常舒适,我入住期间的餐食也很美味。从始至终,我都感到非常放松,并且得到了很好的照顾。
我一定会再来的——这里已经成为我在越南的首选酒店了。
在悦椿酒店的体验非常令人满意。预订穿梭巴士时,工作人员很亲切地提供了帮助,最重要的是,我们在这里安静地休息得很好。早餐也非常好吃。前台的工作人员都非常友好😁
悦椿度假村超出了我所有的期待!从前台接待到行李员,每个人都非常细心周到、热情好客,服务真是无可挑剔。房间一尘不染,海滩也很美,春节期间各种各样的活动让我的假期更加特别。自助餐的选择非常丰富,而且所有菜肴都准备得很用心。感谢你们让我的旅行如此难忘——我一定会再来的!
度假村很新,所以设施干净整洁,还不错。有很多适合孩子玩乐的设施和活动。
不过,餐厅的食物味道就别抱太大期望了,服务也不够周到。这是我住过的越南度假村中服务最差的一家。
也许是因为节假日人多,所以一直在排队等待,但我觉得这反映了这家度假村的管理能力不足。
如果只考虑性价比的话,这里还算可以,但我是不会再来了。
这是一家与众不同、活动丰富的酒店。有三个游泳池,玩得很开心,还有各种餐饮场所,感觉很不错。
感觉这好像是越南为数不多的、韩国人不太多的度假村。周六周日的时候,当地人来这里度周末的很多,所以会比较热闹,但相对来说,工作日就非常安静了。虽然与Dhawa共用的主泳池人很多,但悦椿自己的泳池总是很安静,这点很好,而且工作人员也很友好。
不过,Dhawa前台大厅的自动贩卖机,我用了三次就坏了一次,有点小问题。
泳池别墅是两户共享一栋楼,所以隔壁的门铃声听起来就像我们家的,隔壁住客的声音隔着一扇门也能听得很清楚,这些地方就比较遗憾了。
