The place is a bit hard to find but it’s on a central street with plenty of things to do around. The rooms were modern and clean, the owner is very sweet and helpful with a lot of recommendations. His English is not not the greatest but with a bit of help of Google translate, we didn’t have any problems to communicate. There is a kitchen that can be used and a very lovely balcony to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Grazie!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room the Figurative art room was great and en suite bathroom was good. Air con a relief after hot days and the room was clean and changed regularly. The kitchen has a fridge and kettle to use and nice balcony to sit on in the evening. Breakfast is not served at the location but a 100m walk away with vouchers at a nice cafe where you get a coffee, bread , pastry and juice. The place is located above the shop Louise and so can be tricky to find. Downside was the late check in charge of 15 euro seeing as the owner lives below. We also tried to confirm or late check in by the concierge app which was sent which is useless. We ended up paying 20 euro for late check in on that , he gave a 10 euro refund. The host was helpful in giving a map and attractions. Barring the late charge i would give it 5 stars.

Lovely place in the centre of Cagliari. Very close to best restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. Bus stops are in the vicinity. You will be welcomed by a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place.
