I cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am with this hotel. I arrived at the hotel only to be told they had no record of my reservation. The Manager and the staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, when I showed them my confirmation email, they barely glanced at it and said, “That’s not our problem".
This level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute, which cost me significantly more money and added unnecessary stress to my trip.
I will never book with this hotel again, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. If they can’t even manage basic reservations, how can you trust them to provide a decent stay? Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Also, you were the one who told us that "it was not your problem", you were very aggressive with our night watchman and when I had you on the phone, I had no way of speaking or helping you find a place with one of our colleagues because you kept interrupting me. Our exchange could therefore not go any further. Also, our reputation is well established, we have hundreds of comments on a platform that is much more used around the world on which our professionalism is recognized. If you had remained calm, we would have been happy to find a solution for you, which we try to do in all circumstances. I remember your words when you left: "I will destroy you".
