It was really awesome, management was quite supportive and especially the food and the chefs are really amazing. Staffs are really helpful. Overall it was an amazing experience in Nature trails, will surely visit again for the safe and comfort stay.

The kewal resort manager is a good co-operative person and also his team especially thanks to pranil and his team for all kind of support and make our trip memorable.all staff is humble and cooperative.we have enjoyed a lot and experienced nature.

We had a disappointing experience during our visit to Nature Trail on May 9, 2025. One of the resort's agents misled us by claiming that Friday was heavily booked and charges would be high, which led us to pay ₹11,700 for four people. He also insisted we arrive early since activities would start by 12 PM. We reached around 10:30 AM after leaving at 6 AM, only to find out from the receptionist that we could have arrived later by bus. Our room had issues with the AC and lights, which took nearly two hours to fix despite multiple complaints. The indoor games area was poorly maintained, with dirty boards and non-functional fans. Throughout the day, the start time for activities kept getting delayed—from 12 PM to 2 PM, and then to 4 PM—wasting most of our time. When the activities finally began at 4:30 PM, we discovered we were the only group participating, contrary to the agent’s claims of high demand. After finishing by 7 PM, we asked to use the pool, but were told it was closed for cleaning, and all lights were switched off. The next day, we managed to go for a morning walk and enjoy the pool—something that could have been done on the first day had the schedule been clear. While the trainers were helpful and professional, the overall service quality was poor. Miscommunication, delays, and unfulfilled promises made this a frustrating and disappointing experience at Nature Trail. Also we had paid extra for lunch on next day however agent said it's will be included

Nature trail Sajan We have an amazing moments with full of nature, love, joy, happiness, adventure and infinity fun at this your Beautiful Nature trail Sajan .. last 28, 29 Sep 2024. The food is very fresh, delicious and healthy. All the program .. like morning walk, adventures activities, kayaking, musical dance, garba, swimming and all the natural enjoyment including night fun is too much beautiful, magical and full of living spirit. The all staff is very friendly, respective and dutiful with their work. We are feeling so very glad to thankyou and all the nature trail sajan team. We will ever preferring to all our all groups, friends, relatives to visit once to this Heaven - Nature trail Sajan. And specially thanks to Saily mam through whom we get this too much beautiful arrangement of staying at this Heaven on the earth - Nature trail Sajan. There are no more words to describe the feelings which we have feel very soul touching so I said just one thing... "So many beautiful memories are formed in the blink of an eye, To describe which the gamut of silence pours !!!" Again heartly thanks to Heaven on the earth - Nature trail Sajan.

Tree Houses are nicely built. Unique stay experience. Staff is polite and helpful (Thank you Sandeep). Activities are well managed and fun to do. Especially Kayaking activity was too good. Food is OK but Its better to get food inclusive in package as we don't have any option nearby. It's worth to come and stay here

Enjoyed one day family trip. Good food by Rupesh and good service by Devnath. Adventure activities and Kayaking available. Classic room in Building and Tree top standalone houses. From Thane Mumbai better to take Vasai Virar route as Bhiwandi Wada route road is not good

We have stayed here for two days. We had a great and peaceful stay.. we enjoyed Kayaking, pool and all the adventures activities games.. spent beautiful and lovely time here. All the staffs are so polite friendly. Also food was like homely made food that too unlimited.Our 1 year little enjoyed the most.. they provide customised food baby.. and also milk for the baby whenever needed..It was really a Paisa usul stay. special mention to Rama and Sandeep who help us with the customised baby food.

We at pugmarks had a great experience with the local team of vishal .their cooperation n taking care of our comfort made our camp of 49 students a great success Thier expertise in the treck to khoj n also bringing the snack at the base of the camp was admirable . The property is a serene retreat, surrounded by lush greenery and a well-maintained garden. The large swimming pool and adventure activities like archery, the Burma Bridge, kayaking, valley crossing, and trekking add a lot of fun and excitement to the stay. The staff at the adventure sports section was particularly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, there are some areas for improvement. While the staff is generally polite and helpful, the quality of food did not meet expectations and was quite oily. The rooms also require better upkeep; we stayed in a Warli Hut and a Tree Top House, both of which had issues. The geyser was not functional, the flush lacked proper force, and there was no electric kettle provided—a necessity during winter for hot drinking water. Overall, while the property has great potential with its beautiful surroundings and facilities, the food quality, room maintenance, and basic amenities need significant upgrades. With these improvements, the resort could truly live up to its pricing and be comparable to a 4-star experience.
