My table and nightstand were dirty and stick. Plastic tube left on counter in bathroom and lint in tub. Entry door stuck. Returned keys with an hour. Would like a refund

It was a bit confusing getting into the right parking area. The signs were hard to read from the road, so I checked in and when I drove over to where my room was, there was some guy sitting on the sidewalk drinking out of a bottle of something. Directly upstairs there was a group of guys sitting on the balcony drinking beers. It just seemed a bit sketchy to me and I would never stay there again.

Day before my check in i was called and offered a free upgrade to a king sized bed. Unit looked recently upgraded and clean. Pool was clean and staff was super friendly.

The clienttele was very disturbibg. There were abviouse drug users with smale children, which was very disturbibg to see. and in the early morning were mice running on the balcony because people are smsrt eniugh to put their garbage out o the door at night.

Check-in staff made it clear the office is open 24/7. However, upon 5:30 a.m. check-out - the office was locked, no one answered 2 phone calls and there is no drop-box for door-keys. Location seems to be a homeless shelter and/or used for state/county housing, Had to use air conditioner and tv to drown out the arguing and yelling of tenants outside

Room had a smell to it and there was something dripping down the bathroom door and the headboard. We asked for a refund and they refused

I have 40 years of hotel experience, having worked the industry, this is an awful property, do not stay there!
Very dated and tired property room had horrible noise issues, I could hear every surrounding rooms’ water flowing, toilets flushing and voices!
Toilet seat was loose, I actually placed a towel over ythe pillow as I did not feel the bed was adequately clean…

I didn’t like the area around the property. The AC was not working in the first room we were assigned.
