I VISITED with my full family of 13members Worst hotel I have ever visited Rooms are very very dirty..Blankets n towels are very dirty n used.. Bathrooms are stinky..full of insects.. furniture is rusted..food is very bad & stale..staff is unprofessional..very difficult to reach out at hotel I will give ZERO RATTINGS.. *NOT RECOMMENDED*

The front office staff is worst specially guy wearing cap in front office, they don't no how to talk. very poor locality and it was the worst experience.very steep road is there from mall road to hotel. I stayed in hotel from 12 march 2024 to 14th March 2024.

It is a very very great place to stay in naini tal. Hospitality is awesome, staff members are very very helpful and caring.Good facilities and good service ,I injoy in this hotel with my family Also their own kitchen serves better quality food than other restaurant at mall road.

Terrible experience. Had booked this hotel thru MMT. It was a non refundable booking alright. When I reached close to hotel I realises the approch to that hotel was very steep. My driver refused to climb that steep road. My wife had some breathing issue so she was not any way able to climb that on foot with all bag and baggage. The same driver took me thru mukteshwar and nearby places. Even he was not comfortable to scale that height. I requested Make my trip and treebo hotel immediately but they rudely refused my refund. I had to book another hotel at same place at same day. I also called the hotel. The hotel staff did tell me that if they would get a call from MMT they would initiate my refund. But MMT never called to the local hotel and the treebo customer care was not even willing to entertain. They conveyed me to call MMT only.

To start with it was very hard to locate the hotel. After searching for 1 hr we finally found the hotel. Hotel have parking space available but it’s almost impossible to take car over there because steepness of the road. We parked vehicle at pay parking near old bazar and had to walk all the way to the hotel. If you are booking this hotel than be ready to walk a lot, even to reach Mall Road you have to walk a lot. It says around 5 to 7 mins walk but trust me it’s not. Now the good part, Rooms were clean and big enough. We booked 2 imperial rooms for 2 nights which were decent enough. Staff of the hotel is very good and friendly. Breakfast was okay and there were not much options available. We also suggested the hotel to Atleast provide pick & drop service from Mall Road or parking so there should not be issue. Hot water was available but in one of our room the geyser was not working and it was also not rectified during our stay nor they offered us to change that room, though they provided with bucket of hot water but that’s not the solution. Overall if you are okay with lot of walking and want to avoid hustle of Mall Road than you can book this hotel or else there are lot of other options available near Mall Road.

I stayed there for 3 days and I liked the behavior of the hotel staff and the hotel. Don't think too much and booked ahead. Hotel interior - good Room interior- good Hotel staff- good Everything is perfect

Hotel is neat and clean with good space in the rooms. Lake view is also available from the hotel. Nearby areas are green and touched with the nature so we enjoyed our stay there. Staff and services in the hotel were very good as per budget segment.

Comfortable stay , recommend it Food was hygenic and tastes good. Good arrangement for kids and family hosting Staff is polite and big parking space Driver was helped with a comforter and tea Good stay

I just wanna say that my trip to nainital was worth it and this hotel made it more special as we had a stay for 2 nights and it was peaceful you can enjoy and relax and the staff is so humble and polite always ready to help. My overall Experience is wonderful I would surely recommend it for my future visit to nainital
