I booked this hotel based on reviews and pictures. Unfortunately the location, conditions, cleaneness and access to the hotel are terrible to the point that the night we arrived we looked for a different place, checking out first thing in the morning.
I would not recommend this hotel to any foreigner used to basic standards. Only plus of the place was the staff friendliness and good customer service.

Family stay
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms, food, pool and gym were nice. The grounds could use some maintenance. There is no kayaking as the kayaks are half underwater and the tennis court has massive weeds growing out of the court (i pulled the big ones)
