Room smelled! Towels felt like Brillo pads, Lamps, door frames, toilet paper holders all rusted. Lamps were missing light bulbs. Remote was taped up and did not work. Bathroom was not cleaned when the room was made up. Will never stay at this dump again.

No one stationed at front desk when I arrived. I had to go searching for a worker. Did not take taxes off of my stay after I provided the with the proper tax exemption paperwork. Property did not give me a receipt for stay. Property is not well maintained, also. Will never stay there again.

Staff tried to be accommodating but the first room was very dirty. Chips on the floor sheets looked old stains all move the chair bugs in the tub. Worst of all no hot water. Second room the one they moved us too was a little cleaner but still nasty. Hot water took forever to get warm. We checked out the next morning was not staying there again. Will not return.

Rooms need some major TLC such as fresh paint, new bathtubs, shower rods & curtains, etc.
You can tell things haven’t been upgraded in a very long time.
Front desk personnel were great, very kind and efficient.

This hotel is filthy. There was rust everywhere in the room because of moisture. I slipped on the floor in the middle of the night because the floors were wet. I can only assume it was from steam from the bathroom when showering. The AC didn’t cool the room. There were finger prints all over the tables, as though they weren’t wiped down. I had a similar experience to this when I stayed there in May and was hoping it was just an anomaly. I won’t be staying there again.

The hotel was nice. I stayed 2 nights. I only have two complaints. They did not clean my room or replace used towels for my second night and the breakfast needs to start earlier.

房间不是很干净。空调前面有一只死蟑螂。那里有一股霉味。电梯附近的大厅里有三只蟑螂。一个小时后他们还在那里。
