Room was so nice. Bed was awesome and after a long day walking at SDC it was so nice to find a jacuzzi to soak in. 5 Stars!!!

Ok hotel but there are better for same money
Was ok hotel but have stayed at much better hotels there for same or less money! Breakfast same thing everyday which was biscuits and gravy, had one kind of muffin, English muffins, slice of bread, cereal, coffee, apple or orange juice that was all ur options and bathrooms in the rooms are very small, no microwaves in room, very small mini fridge as well, ac only worked on one speed which was high so you either got to play freeze out or could turn it off and be hot! Your choice! I will personally go a different hotel next time!

Room stinks so bad of cigarette smoke. Paint and drywall very patchy and mismatched. Lots of cobwebs in corners. No AC running on a 85 degree day.

Room door stuck and was hard to open and close. Stairs that led to our room were dirty. Tv in room was instore mode

Room had nasty smell. After several complaints for room to be cleaned nothing was done. No room service for the 5 days we were there. Got sick on the nasty gravy and biscuits. Was in bathroom rest of day. Hoping for a full refund very unsatisfactory

Rooms were not "dirty", but we stayed in a smoke-free room, and it still smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room key did not work. I was able to catch the front desk staff before she left, and she was very apologetic and fixed the problem for us.
