the bedsheets was unwashed. bathroom lock wasn't working. no cutlery or restaurant in the hotel. the rooms was just for a good mattress and ac. Nothing else

The staff was very rude
The room was very dirty
the bedsheets and pillow covers had stain on them
The owner was not ready to speak with us on call

Gizzar was not working.
Water flow was not there
No table to eat
Washroom was so smelly
Not clean at all
And the balcony gate locking system was not working properly

This was the worst experience of my life. I was supposed to check in on 4-1-25 but i accidentally selected the date wrong date

No proper response from the hotel, i tried contacting them several times before my check in date to request for early check in but they just don't pick calls ! and i have to pay extra for early check in !

Room is very dirty. They don't have power backup if electricity goes. Also no location guidence according to map. Such a bad experience i never had.
