My biggest complaint was the street noise at night. In particular the car "drag racing" that occurred at night especially on Friday night. I was on the 7th floor and it was very noisy. The hotel should really try to get the authorities to curtail that.

All the faucets, handles, latches, etc were loose. The halls were unvacuumed and dirty, some staff were less than 4 star service. I expected better from a 4 star hotel that charged as much as they did

Room was nice and clean! Area surrounding wasn’t so nice, and lobby was really really tiny. Was nice to be able to self park.

Overall very nice hotel and location. We just stayed one night and multiple issues with key cards which was a hassle. Bathroom was nice but back of barn door to bathroom was dusty and light switch needed a good cleaning.

Nice view , great staff. Being awaken at 2:40 am with engines racing around building for 3 hours was a lot. Young kids driving with doors open and no police in dight
