The owners were the nicest people you could ever meet! A room on the second floor was my choice but note that there was not an elevator. The front facing rooms overlooked the marsh and we could view the pool from our balcony. A basic breakfast- bananas, yogurt, waffles, cereal, etc. was available because it was high season. You may want to confirm availability before you count on it.

Very courteous and helpful staff. The room was clean and the pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast. Very close to town, eating places and our favorite crabbing spot.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and convenient to the town (although not in town). The air conditioning worked and the unit was quiet .We did hear the people walking above us. Seemed slightly understaffed, it took a long time to get someone for check in and they were not able to answer questions about the town. Pool was closed for (for inspection), The hotel worked well as a for a place to stay and drive to town and Smith Island Ferry.

We stayed 2 nights while in town to attend a music festival. The room was clean and was recently remodeled. The front desk called to see if we needed our room serviced and our request for additional towels was completed in about 5 minutes. We had a nice view of the pool and the adjacent marina. The room (201) could have used another chair as with only 1 bed there was plenty of available room. I did find an unexplained charge of $17.80 on my credit card account that was in addition to the room and taxes charge. The bill for the stay was emailed to me after we left and it did not contain anything about the charge. An explanation should have been provided.

酒店回复: Thank you for taking time. There is a $150.00 deposit on every guest’s credit card, which is just a HOLD/AUTHORIZATION. Once guest check out of room we check room for damages/smoke/ missing items, if none we release the deposit. You should see that disappear in couple of days.

This motel was clean, clean, clean. Rooms were updated and spotless. The service was very friendly. The pool is great. Loved it. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Every request was immediately answered. Would stay there again.

Rooms are very clean and fresh. Staff and owners are very friendly. And they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. I stay here a few times a month. My wife was very pleased with the Rooms also. They are 100 percent smoke free Rooms. The Rooms have been remodeled and smell very fresh. I highly recommend if you are in Crisfield. Give them a try. Thanks to the Patel family for always making me feel welcomed.

Staff was very accommodating when I requested they switch us from a 2nd floor room to 1st floor. Very pleasant. But it was a mistake. At about 3 AM someone started walking around and moving (stuff) in the room above. I've no idea what they could have been doing but that went on intermittently until we finally got up and decided to leave for breakfast. Tip: don't stay on the first floor.

The room was clean, but the toilet floater wasn't working, and the shower soap dispenser, so my husband had to shower with shampoo. Ice was not readily available. Check on these things before you pay for your room!

When our Valued guest check’s in we mention that ICE IS AVAILABLE IN LOBBY 24/7. We can’t leave Ice Machine outside being a exterior property. If you would have mentioned about toilet flapper when it failed our maintenance guy would have gladly fixed it.
