This is the Worst Experience I have ever had staying in a Hotel Room, Although there's a Star rating given to this Hotel the standards are Lower than that of a Lodge or Dormitory. During Nights they turn off Air Conditioning, What's even worse is that they even turn off the basic amenities like Water Supply in the Washrooms, I would never stay in this Hotel ever again nor would refer to Anyone. Reception was bad. Room service was pathetic. Nobody answers the phone. No hangers in the wardrobe. Food was yuck.

Hotel mayura is an established name in vizianagaram. I remember my parents staying there over a decade ago. Therefore, it has a very strong referral coming from senior citizens, who have been to vizianagaram before. We stayed here for four days and found the room service and food quality to be excellent. The hotel also offers excellent laundry services. Also, the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city. It also has good vegetarian restaurants close by.

Over all experience was average, definitely not up to to the mark. The exhaust wasn’t working in the bathroom. The bedsheets were not up to the mark
