Ambience are excellent but hospitality is very poor, receptionist is very arrogant, he do not provide me even complaint book, i was totally shocked with his behavour, i do not to whom i can complaint for his behavour

Actually we came to rainbow hospital for checkup then we have checking for good hotel near by hospital, by searching we found this hotel. Food without spicy is very good, services and hotel amenities are nice
