We booked Jafson a few days ago through Agoda and reserved two rooms. When we arrived at the property, the staff told us that rooms in the category we had booked were not available and that we would need to upgrade by paying an extra ₹3,000–₹4,000. When we refused the paid upgrade and asked for the rooms we had originally booked, they then said they do not allow unmarried couples. We clarified that our group was two girls in one room and two boys in another, but they still denied us the stay. We contacted Agoda for help, but the property provided them with misleading information, which also affected our refund process. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend this property — please think twice before booking here.

Just Awful. No aircon, not clean, no water in rooms, we had to pay for water from reception. No restaurant, there was an inedible breakfast served in rooms. Do not stay here you will be disappointed. The water in photo is a filthy swamp. It is a long way from restaurants and shopping.

Firstly, the room I was unfortunate enough to end up in, looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online Small, miserable, grubby and most of all, just plain sad. This hotel takes mediocrity to a whole new level, run a group of young men who couldn't give a damn about any kind of customer service. The "Manager" could always be found lying, either asleep or watching videos on his phone on a sofa in reception. EVERYTHING The kitchen was dirty, restaurant was scruffy, untidy and dirty

Staff was very polite and helpful. Owner was very friendly and cooperative. He personally used to-asked about the stay and all. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned. Breakfast was also good. All amenities like TV, hot water, electric beds were there. We found it very comfortable and pocket friendly. We enjoyed staying there.

We stayed here in December 2023 for 5 days. I will briefly tern this experience as “horrible” Rooms : We booked a family room which in short is a two room connected via door. At first due to some “medical” emergency, they asked us to stay in a single room for a day. That was very crammy and for 3 persons it was very small. Post that we got the bigger room but the hot water only was available for 2 people means 2 buckets . The heaters provided were joke. They were very small and insignificant compared to the room size. Heated blanket were there but you can’t spend whole day inside bed. The temperature used to hit to 2 3 degrees in night. Again we had to work from there but the power cuts were too frequent and no backup provided for the internet connectivity. Food : No particular chefs were present for cooking. The food was okay. But the quality and variety can be better. Service : The owner was very well spoken at first and promised everything. But later on when we started complaining he wouldn’t show up to check the issues. The staffs used to vacate the place multiple times during the day asking us to look after the place. Highly un-professional. We decided to leave the room in middle of the stay which owner denied and asked us to pay entire money and vacate the room. So customer service is horrible. So I would request the owner to concentrate on improving their services, power backup options . Customer satisfaction should be the priority rather than making money out of travellers who are mew to the place.
