For something I picked at the last minute. It was ok. But if I would have picked it in advance I would have been mad.
The room was ok. Smelled ok. But did have a linger of cigarette smell. Bed was ok. Bathroom ok. But the paint was peeling from the tub that was obviously painted over.
Over all ok price and and room. Like 4.5/10
Location 10/10 only cuz it’s walking distance from knotts berry farm.

Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Women kept coming all through the night with different men. Not a place I would ever stay at again.

酒店回复: Our rooms are non - smoking. If this room smell like cigarette why you didn't complaints immediately and check out, you wait until next day morning 7 AM and complain i think you have some other issues. For check out you book the room for two nights.

The word front desk staff. I asked for assistance to speak with a manager and the front desk staff Danielle stated she was the manager and owner of the place. Guest experience was the worst I have ever receive.

The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. I stepped out several times during the night to a quite calm parking lot, and felt safe smoking outside. I would definitely stay there again.

Wilma at the front desk was a great host and very accommodating. The rooms are super clean, cozy, and very up to date. Marble floors, matching marble walls in the bathroom, and a remote controlled AC. If you can't stay long, you will definitely be back. Staff from the maids to the front desk were all very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
