Check in was smooth with friendly staff. We were traveling with dogs and they were willing to accommodate us with a first floor room if needed. We opted to stick with the second floor and had a very well kept handicapped accessible room. Lots of space, happy kids, happy dogs. Nice neighborhood, well lit parking lot. Would definitely stay again!

Room is spacious and bed was very comfortable. Felt safe walking around the property. At check in, the front desk clerk took a phone call while getting us checked in. He was having 2 conversations at the same time, so I wasn’t sure who he was talking to when asking questions. He should have put the call on hold, got us checked in and then go back to the call. But the room and the area outshined that first experience. And the breakfast is good! Loved the fresh ground coffee bean decaf. That’s a nice high end touch.
酒店环境不错，落地窗很大，周围有餐馆可以步行前往，但是酒店的早餐真的太太太简单了，基本没有很多的选择。另外早餐推荐这个牛奶，口感浓郁
房间大，安静卫生，环境好。窗外景色不错
相当满意的一次入住，非常非常喜欢，就是早餐种类太少了呀，建议可以多一点餐饮，及时补充一点啊，下次继续入住
房间非常干净。酒店整体上所有必需品都整洁有序。值得推荐！
不提供瓶装水
回家后，我们发现少了一把电动牙刷（我丈夫退房那天在415房间用过）和一个蓝色化妆包。我们仔细检查了车里和家里，但还是没找到。我打电话给前台，问他们是否把东西落在房间里了。前台接待员说他会去失物招领处找找，也会问问我们退房后打扫415房间的清洁员，然后给我回电话。但他一直没回，所以我傍晚时分又给他打了个电话。他说失物招领处没有这些东西。清洁员也说她没在房间里看到过。我对酒店工作人员没有回电话感到非常失望。以后我会考虑其他住宿。
我花了辛苦挣来的钱，结果到了之后他们却告诉我房间没了，钱也退不了。太糟糕了，非常差劲。不推荐。
褒贬不一
床很舒服。工作台直接位于暖气/空调出风口前面；如果你坐在办公桌前，风会直接吹到你身上（不好）。
早餐：煎饼机坏了，肉桂卷是冷的。非常失望。
