The hotel is too unclean and staff are carefree. They don’t even provide a bottle of water. Not recommended to stay

location was near Railway station at walkable distance . the amenities and service was very good and cooperative

The reason was that the air conditioner in the room was broken.I doubt if that's the real reason.I said I was okay with that and asked if I could stay.But they rejected my request.I had to find a different hotel and move.I am really worried about whether they will refund me properly.

Bedsheet were not cleaned properly. Whole night mosquito were bitting. There was bed smell within the room

Hotel management has not given a stay till 3pm. Checkin time was 12pm. We were struggling to stay at hotel reception with kids.

Everything is good. Good rooms for couple, pleasant stay and no disturbances from hotel management. Overall a good stay
