If you read the many positive reviews on our hotel you would see many guest say they felt safe and comfortable at our very clean hotel. Unfortunately Uber drivers take passengers through a rough part of the city to get to our hotel but in fact the Chalmette area is completely safe and I am sorry that you rated our hotel so poorly due to the fact of one neighborhood you might have driven through. We will continue to make sure all of our guest have a wonderful experience while staying with us at the Holiday Inn Express Chalmette.

酒店回复: Thank you for choosing the Holiday Inn, I want to apologize for the inconvenience and the noise level that occurred during your stay. We do have ball teams that stay with us during the summer weekend months and we do our best to limit the noise from these groups. Parents need to be respectful of other guest and most definitely need to watch their kids. We as the employees of the hotel do give the parents and the children warnings before asking them to leave so I am sorry this did not happen during your stay.

酒店回复: Dear Guest,I am very sorry to hear that your room had a dead roach when you arrived. Our pest control company sprays the guest rooms once a month and the pest thankfully die but my housekeeping team needs to keep a closer eye on the dead bugs and remove them. Again, I am sorry for this mishap, and we hope you will consider giving the hotel another chance.
