First time in Juba and Acacia Village to me is paradise! Staff so friendly………… Beautiful environment and a pool to keep up my excises, such a blessing. When I travel will always look up Acacia Villages! Thank you for your kindness.

I stayed at Acacia Village for two nights with airport pickup/dropoff, breakfast, wifi, and laundry included. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, polite, and helpful. They gave me tips on how to move around the city, let me check out late free of charge, and exchanged my dollars at the current rate. The cottages are spacious, the wifi works perfectly, and the food at their restaurant is delicious. International bank cards are accepted with a 4-5% surcharge depending on whether you use a Visa or a Mastercard. Acacia Village also did my alien registration without any additional charges! Honestly, one of the best tourist establishments in Africa.

Splendid lodge that is an escape from the city. Green, calm, beautiful and simple. The food is fantastic and so is the staff. Shout outs to Maryland, Pleasestar, George and Peter Would stay there every visit. And great gym

The Hotel is very good compared with other lodges style in Juba. I love the green areas and enjoyed the food as well. the internet was disturbing me while I was using zoom meeting and they need to improve that.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Beautiful, peaceful grounds. Great service, drinks and food in the bar and restaurant. The team here are extremely helpful, from arranging airport pickup/drop off and tours to e-visa invitation and local registration. I could not fault the place and certainly hope to stay here again.

阿卡西亚村是朱巴的一片绿洲。工作人员无一例外地友善热情、关怀备至，竭尽全力让阿卡西亚村成为真正的家外之家。我的小屋宽敞舒适，一尘不染，空调也很棒。餐厅提供美味的食物，每晚都有不同的特色菜，还有一个很大的泳池。他们的安保也很棒。我唯一需要改进的地方是，除了糟糕的 Cellarcask 酒庄，其他酒庄的葡萄酒最好是按杯供应的。
一周前，我第一次入住体验非常棒——我预订了一间80平方米的泳池景观房，房间和广告宣传的一模一样。一周后，我再次预订了同样的房间，并收到了一位名叫达瓦的女士的确认。到目前为止，一切都很好。然而，抵达后，他们试图给我安排一间小屋或农舍，但这些小屋或农舍1）不在泳池边；2）比我之前住的房间更小，而且明显更破旧；3）散发着难闻的霉味。当我询问我实际预订的房间时，他们告诉我：“正在装修！”我确信这并非Acacia Resort通常的经营方式或对待顾客的方式。这种情况反映出确认我最初预订却没有告知我房间已无法预订的工作人员的明显无能和疏忽。如果能简单地通知我一下，我就不会感到失望和浪费时间——我白跑了一趟城市，最后只能回家。我被毁掉的周末似乎完全没有意义。最让我抓狂的是，那个错误预订的人（Dawa）竟然要求我“通过预订应用程序正式取消我的住宿”——这实际上是在要求我为他们的错误支付全额预订费用，尽管我根本没地方住！想想看，他们有多傲慢！
在我看来，我肯定会推荐 Acacia Village 作为朱巴最好的度假村。安迪和玛丽莲、管理层、厨师肯尼思、约翰和西扎、服务员、清洁工和支持人员都非常友好、尊重和乐于助人。食物真的很棒。我们的住宿很幸福，我们非常感谢这个出色的团队。
