环境:环境好楼下就是商场吃喝玩乐方便,附近几百米还有jollibee
服务:服务很好,跟在日本住的时候没差,标准的日式服务
我因为房间质量问题 和前台起了语言冲突 前台指责我把房卡摔在桌子上的行为不尊重
我想说 如果你们前台尊重我的话 就不会把最差的房间分配给我 我因为来菲律宾旅游比较开心 入住第一天很热情的向酒店前台打招呼 酒店前台看我比较善良 把最吵最乱 楼层最低 最差的房间分配给我了 这也给我整个行程造成了很多麻烦
另外入住的人一定注意 这个酒店7 8 9 楼因为沿街 特别吵 尽量避开这些房间 我最后一天住到14楼才有所改善 而且有的房间设施很新 很好 像在日本的一样 有的房间又脏又破 还靠近装修的地方 根本没法住 入住的时候最好先检查房间 不然前台会把最差的房间给你 他们前台很坏
关于服务:酒店不提供摆渡车!
我在12.24号晚上咨询男生前台店员 店员给我的答复是 一天只有中午2点和晚上8点2班去机场

这个酒店非常的吵
因为房间门口正对餐厅 所以凌晨5点之前就能听到厨房工作人员准备早餐的声音 随之就是各位房客搬弄椅子 开餐的声音 虽然没有大声的吵闹 但是各种敲击声特别响
我凌晨3点才入住 所以我完全无法睡觉 我致电三次给前台反应这个情况 前台态度冷漠 不给我任何解决办法 必须我下楼找她才给解决办法
另外 酒店维护非常差 酒店好像正在维修 而且水龙头都是生锈的 灯也是一闪一闪的
我在日本和韩国都住过很多家的toyoko inn 都还不错 菲律宾这家让我对这个品牌大失所望
落地第一天入住这家酒店的时候,有接机,甚至满心欢喜拍了不少照片。鉴于之前入住的好感,回程的时候我大约提前3天预定的房间,等要入住当天早上发现码头因为台风不可抗力因素停船了,立马和TRIP沟通,我提供了fb上官方停航公告、船务公司正式停航证明以及当天在岛上的住宿证明,但是酒店非常强硬不给退房,这非常令人失望,所以这个评价就是我没住上酒店,给予的反馈
免费机场接送服务,包早餐,性价比很高,隔壁就是大商场,适合转机或者离开宿务前一晚上住,我已经住过两次了,但是这次不是的是房型问题还是时间问题,房间明显感觉比去年残旧了许多
酒店地理位置很好,旁边就是SMJ购物中心。我们一家三口在这里住了3晚。尽管航班延误,但酒店仍然安排了接机,服务态度非常亲切,服务也很棒。
如果能有不需要早餐的房费选项就更好了,特别是我们有时需要一大早出门观光的时候。没能吃到早餐有点可惜(虽然我也没有特意问过)。
房间有点小,大件行李箱只能放在床上打开。想把行李箱挪到里面的床边,过道很窄,必须把箱子抬起来才能过去。
酒店里有按摩服务,这点很加分。技术好又便宜,真想每天都去按。
酒店员工都非常友善,笑容很美。作为一家日式酒店,让人感觉很安心,以后有机会还会选择入住。
虽然入住前知道电视坏了,但除了电视不能用,冰箱也是坏的,淋浴没有热水,床单还有股潮湿的霉味。因为当时已经很晚了,我也没法向前台反映,所以住得一点也不舒服。不过,考虑到这个价格,酒店提供了各种日式早餐,最重要的是,可以直接乘坐电梯到达SMJ购物中心,这点非常棒。
作为一家日本企业,这里基本上能让您感受到日本的氛围。对我个人而言,有浴缸这一点非常棒。
早餐也特别美味,有菲律宾菜和日本菜。早上6点半就可以开始用餐了。菜单似乎每天都会换。遗憾的是,因为行程原因,三天里我只吃了一次早餐。下次我希望能安排更多时间来享用。
您还可以免费预订机场接送巴士,但必须提前一天预订。我因为航班变更取消了接送,但可能沟通上出了问题,房间还是接到了电话。
酒店旁边的SMJ购物中心可以通过中央的直达电梯前往。在SM超市可以买到各种商品。我每天都会买切好的水果来享用。
购物中心里的大部分商店以及东横INN酒店内的酒吧都可以刷卡,但客房按摩服务和位于地下一层的KIOSK便利店只收现金,请注意!
性价比没有以前高了,目前比较贵,但是对比宿务其他酒店,还是很值得。马杀鸡不贵,早餐还可以,可以约车去机场,免费的,很好
酒店位置很好,去麦哲伦十字架等景点都很方便,而且是日系酒店,住着很安心。如果只是来旅游,晚上回来睡觉的话,性价比非常高。
工作人员也很友善,退房前后都可以寄存行李,帮了大忙。
酒店还和购物中心直通,非常方便。
