Not very nice, small unclean room. Not been cleaned. Complained but didn't seem to be bothered could not get my money back.would not go again. Hygiene issues.

Last minute booking and the owners were so friendly and welcoming! When we ran out of sugar and tea, they gave us loads more! Great location as we were a 2 minute walk to the prom! Secure rooms and they had the heating on in the morning which was so helpful! Powerful shower and it got so hot which was amazing! Rooms came with a clothes board which was good!

STAY AWAY from this hotel. We stayed in a triple room for one night. It was absolutely disgusting. The floor in the bedroom hadn't been hooverd, the floor in the bathroom had not even been moped. The photos says it all.

Avoid. Not worth 50p a night. Smells, stains everywhere, carpet and deco dirty. No shower just a 1970s rubber hose. Customer services don’t answer phone. This place is disgusting needs shutting down or a really good refurbished. Looks like no one knows how to clean there or can’t be bothered to. Didn’t touch the breakfast has the look and smell of the place I couldn’t wait to get out in the day.

斯凯格内斯的 OYO Ivy 酒店太糟糕了，我们昨天（2025 年 6 月 21 日）入住后很快就离开了。房间里热得像个烤箱，我们不得不把房间的门撑开到走廊上。这时我们才发现窗户被钉死了，打不开，一点新鲜空气都流通不出去。房间外面都是垃圾，电梯坏了，地板上有消防安全标志，浴帘上也有污渍，我简直不敢想象是怎么回事。太糟糕了。客户服务也不好。我们在外面等着，这时一名工作人员打电话给经理，经理说如果我们留下来，只能部分退款。我们不能留下来，因为太热了，窗户紧闭，空气不流通！外面的大垃圾桶闻起来令人作呕。我们来参加我妈妈的 80 岁生日聚会。由于这次酒店经历，我们迟到了，想找其他住宿。我们找不到其他地方住，所以不得不早点离开聚会，开车 1.5 小时回家。我只想要全额退款，但酒店没有提供任何帮助，booking.cpm 也没有提供任何帮助，总体来说体验非常糟糕。
房间，老旧、陈旧、凌乱。墙上的插座松了，装饰破旧，枕头上满是污渍。床头板都掉了。真是恶心死了。感觉一点也不舒服。绝对不会再去了。不过前台还行。可惜我们的201房间不太达标。
一家靠近海滨的漂亮小酒店，工作人员非常乐于助人，房间也很干净。我们唯一发现的问题是淋浴盘比通常情况下更滑，所以只能给四星而不是五星。作为一家经济型酒店，绝对值得推荐。
