The property is fairly well kept. The house keeping is supposed to be done every other day and was not done in my room so had to request it. The microwave had not been cleaned, it had a slice of pizza since the day I checked in. The personnel service in the lobby/restaurant was great, two employees in particular that were very nice to us. The hotel property is far from stores,shops and food.however close enough to Universal studios, about 10min Uber ride. This hotel does not offer shuttle.

$3.00 ‘pure life’ bottle of water available for non Hilton members
Outdated furniture including chairs, carpet and window curtains in room
No extendable shower head. Sorry ladies, you won’t feel thoroughly cleaned after you’ve showered.
The water pressure is low.
The sliding shower door is extremely stiff and hard to slide open and close
There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the door must stay open for air
Poor window views

The staff were kind and professional and the room was excellent. I didn't realize that breakfast was not complimentary and I had to pay to park. So, a good stay.
