When we first got there, our AC unit was not working but they accommodated us with no hesitation after not being able to fix it; they upgraded our room and gave us complimentary amenities ❤️

The staff on hand did a great job making sure everything was in order especially Sean!! I’d definitely come back and stay next trip to Orlando as it was right by the outlets as well as close to the Universal Studios.

The hotel is very beautifully decorated and the room was great! Close by to Universal and dining. The staff was super friendly and responded fast when we asked for help. The pillows need upgrading and a better shower head would be nice but overall-a great stay and will definitely be back.

Clean modern aesthetic
The room and the hotel overall were very clean. The lobby had a very modern aesthetic, which was nice. Plenty of places to sit. The hotel was very quiet. The staff texted us shortly after check-in and we were able to use that text stream to get our questions answered which I appreciated. I did feel that the breakfast was a little pricey.

The hotel was in a remote location which is perfect for avoiding the hustle of downtown or as busy as international drive. The hotel is clean and colorful with an art deco vibe. The staff is incredible, both cheerful and helpful!

All our bedding was with hairs and stains, in the bathroom it was dirty :(
Food for breakfast was terrible, we didn’t find something for healthy breakfast. Impossible to drink latte, need to go to mall about 20 mins.
