The Hyatt at Windward Pointe is a beautiful property with outstanding views of the water. The pool area and grounds are clean & well taken care of. Our room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We also like the close proximity to airport and Smathers Beach.

Courteous staff, clean room, nice view. The dishwasher was on the last legs; cocktail table was in need of sprucing up. Privacy between master bedroom and bathroom was non-existant. Otherwias, an excellent facility

Pool was great. Flat volleyballs. No cleaning service for 5d/4nights seemed strange when you pay an extra $220 for a resort fee.

这是我们第二次入住了，和往常一样非常棒。所有员工都非常细心和友好。房间非常干净，只是按摩浴缸坏了，但因为我们只住了很短的时间，所以没有打电话告诉前台。不过除此之外，一切都一如既往地完美。
房间厨房有一种难闻的味道，酒店准备了一台臭氧除味机，也不解决根本问题。
女主人热情地接待了我们。房间面积很大，设施齐全：洗碗机、洗衣机和烘干机。甚至还有一架望远镜。
泳池水质很棒。
周末过得真棒。
地理位置很棒，但我们的房间就在提基小屋旁边，不停的音乐实在太吵了。机场的飞机噪音也比较大，但考虑到房间的品质，总体来说还算可以接受。十一月是去基韦斯特的绝佳时节。这家酒店不在杜瓦尔街附近，那里有很多餐厅和夜生活场所，不过可以骑自行车去。凯悦酒店提前打电话询问我们是否需要租自行车，并安排了送车上门服务，非常方便。我会再次入住这家酒店，但不会再选择提基小屋旁边的房间了。
