位置绝了,CBD核心去哪都近。附近都是商场餐厅,房间宽敞干净,床品舒服,设施齐全,性价比高。

悉尼瑞士酒店大概是我住过最差的雅高酒店了!真没想到春节的澳洲之旅会有如此奇葩的遭遇!2026年2月18日晚10点左右,紧挨着我们所在的2004号房间的设备间里有热水管突然发生爆裂,大量热水迅速涌进房间,浸湿地毯。水管爆裂后,酒店工作人员要求我们快速收拾全部行李物品,到酒店大堂等候更换房间,但是不久后被告知酒店满房无法换房,可能需要换到其他酒店入住,但是在等待了2个多小时后,酒店告知我们仍旧回到原来的房间。当晚,我们回到房间入睡的时候已经凌晨1点半之后了。次日一早8点,房间外的走廊里就启动排水机器,有巨大的噪音,影响我们休息。酒店在方案不确定的情况下就不断地折腾客人,一会儿要求客人收拾全部行李,一会儿又让我们在大堂长时间等待,导致我的父母和小孩都无法得到充分的休息,等待过程中,我与酒店方沟通能否先安置老人和小孩,我和我先生等到多晚也没关系,长途旅行本来就不轻松,充分的休息是非常必要的,但是酒店置之不理,搞得每个人都身心俱疲。而且,酒店并没有将地毯里的水清理干净,就要求我们回到原来的房间,导致我在房间内行走也如同走在水塘里,入住体验差到极点。次日2月19日上午10点左右我们离开酒店,去Taronga动物园游玩,下午3点回到酒店,发现房间未经打扫,我就电话要求酒店派人来打扫,等了许久无人前来,我再次去电要求房间打扫,最后来了一位负责客房清洁的工作人员,她告知我们她接到管理层的通知,20层的房间都不用打扫。我只好再去酒店前台问询,才获悉我们将要换去另一家酒店入住,酒店前台让我们尽快收拾行李,又要收拾行李!!!在这整整一天里,酒店既没有通过客房电话也没有通过手机与我联系(办理入住时我留了2个手机号码给酒店前台),告知我需要换酒店这件事。如果我没有主动询问或者晚上才回酒店,可能需要深更半夜收拾行李换酒店。随后我们收拾完行李准备换酒店,但是门童只将我们的四个大箱子送到酒店一楼,就让我们自己搬运。另一家酒店距离瑞士酒店有3个街区,而且途中有不少上坡路段,我们愿意自己步行过去已经是不计较了,没想到居然还要我们自己搬运行李箱。在我非常气愤的表示拒绝后,酒店工作人员才不情不愿的用行李车帮我把行李箱推行至另一家酒店。
从上述整个事情经过就可以看出,这家酒店(1)对酒店设备、设施的维护存在严重漏洞;(2)毫无对于突发事件的应急处置能力;(3)突发事件发生后对于受影响的客人的安置、沟通非常消极,完全不主动;(4)酒店工作人员尤其是礼宾部对待客人的态度极其怠慢、敷衍。最最让我无法接受的是,水管爆裂事件发生后,酒店对于我们这样受到严重影响的客人居然是如此敷衍和怠慢的态度,完全不顾及客人的身体和感受。
郑重建议各位避雷悉尼瑞士酒店!
你能想象一进入客房看到窗外就是此塔的震撼感吗🥹闹中取静的地理位置,周边覆盖了四通八达的公车站和电车站,想要购物或者去超市带些手信回国也都是步行可达的距离,酒店对面就是一家超大的MECCA!房间干净整洁,浴室卫生间空间也很大很舒适。在悉尼度过了愉快的春节假期~
半夜10点半,20楼热水管爆了,走廊地毯被热水浸透,水漫金山,很快蔓延至房间地毯。半夜11点全家被赶至8楼大堂,我们光脚踩着地上的烫水下楼,很担心会触电。无解释无安抚,催促之下,0点多终于回了房间,但伴随而来的是巨大的吸水机的噪音,让人无法入睡,尤其是孩子。凌晨1点多终于安静了,但是?早上8点,巨大的机器声响把我们全部吵醒,是的,吹地毯的吹风机开始工作了。。。整晚睡眠不足6小时,没有任何解释和主动道歉。。只想着赶紧收拾残局好卖给下一个住客。我们要求延迟退房再休息一下也被拒绝(其实就算同意也无法休息,噪音太大)呵呵。酒店就是位置还不错,其他服务。。关键时刻见真章,避雷吧。另:携程服务非常不错,耐心周到,还给了额外补偿,给携程打100分!
第二次来悉尼,之前住在环形码头离歌剧院近,这次选择QVB附近,酒店周围太方便了,楼下购物超市车站应有尽有,去歌剧院三站轻轨即到, 旁边是海德公园和澳大利亚自然历史博物馆,如果不是非要住在歌剧院附近强烈推荐这里,我们是两大两小住的带沙发床的房型,房间大,很安静,11点提前办的入住且同意了延迟退房,推荐!
非常好的酒店,很舒服,在city区域属于性价比超级高了。房间很大,很干净。酒店就在QVB边上,购物很方便。坐车公交也很方便
酒店在核心位置,就在QVB斜对面,离市政厅也很近,出行方便,去环形码头、达令港、唐人街等步行15分钟都可达。大堂在8楼,房间装饰是复古老钱风,有年代感了,不过维持得都还不错。床品舒适,比较软,单人床也很大。我习惯自带洗漱用品,酒店有提供沐浴露、洗发水、护发素,牙刷牙膏好像不提供,有拖鞋。每天提供2-3瓶小瓶饮用水。周围各类商场、商店和超市,去大超市买了好几次的澳洲牛奶,放在冰箱里,便宜好喝。办理入住和退房手续也都很快,服务也不错。
酒店位置和环境都很好,唯一美中不足的就是当天去通知酒店的泳池和去健身房在维修无法使用,家庭带孩子出游,那么这个性价比就不是很好!跟携程沟通后,酒店给了两天行程酒廊的使用,也还算是额外收获吧!
酒店位置超好,去海德公园 达令港都步行可到,到皇家植物园和美术馆也很近。酒店斜对面就是维多利亚女王大厦,置于购物中心,地标悉尼塔旁边非常方便。
提前给到的订房备注,酒店能满足,可惜1111房卫生间门太重太紧,不能开直的状态,说是老房改建的瑕疵没法调整好。
- 地理位置一绝!斜对面就是QVB,周边各种购物商场,海德公园/植物园/达令港等等景点都在步行可达范围,去塔龙加动物园也可以乘100路直达,非常方便!
- 房间还是很大的,有两张双人床和一张沙发床,沙发床可以展开当床(我们这次没有弄,是直接把两张双床推在一起当大卧铺睡了hhhh,床下有轮子很好推),厕所也很干净
- 每天都提供免费的瓶装水,打扫也很及时干净
