The walls are thin and our neighbors were load until after midnight when I went down to the front desk to complain. Also dogs were allowed. Had one " greet " me the hallway with loud barks. Thankfully it was on a leash. Not our favorite stay

Property was in good shape - breakfast was yummy! The thermostat in the room was a little tricky but we’d definitely stay here again!

Biggest complaint is they were having their parking lot resurfaced and asked guests not to park on 2 sides of the building. There was not enough space to accommodate all of the vehicles. Very poor planning on their part

我们房间的空调坏了。他们没法帮我们换房间。来过两次的人告诉我们他们修好了,但一直没修好。我当时住在四楼,暖气往上吹,房间里的温度高达76华氏度(约23摄氏度)。很不舒服。酒店员工非常友好,这也是这家酒店唯一的优点。
楼层不对?
他们已经开始了装修工程,大厅的标牌上写着“我们从4楼开始”——这没什么大不了的……直到他们把我们安排在4楼。停车场里停了6辆车,他们却把我们安排在他们装修的楼层?这太不可思议了!到处都是建筑材料、油漆、地毯等等。房间标牌用胶带粘在门上,天花板瓷砖挂在支架上——地毯不见了,墙纸也从墙上掉下来——完全没必要。

前台工作人员需要更多培训,学习如何与客人打交道!!!!毫无同情心,毫无礼貌,非常粗鲁无礼。我对希尔顿酒店抱有更高的期望。绝对达不到希尔顿的标准,这是肯定的。
