五个前台服务员中,只有一个非常粗鲁,言辞刻薄……其他工作人员还好。房间还行,只有一张桌子和一个床头柜,放了两张床,没有其他桌子。这点不太方便,但还算不错。床头灯/壁灯的灯罩坏了。关门声音大得惊人,这是不可避免的。房间里只有免费咖啡,早餐价格昂贵。
适合Xcel活动
酒店不错。不喜欢代客停车是唯一的选择,而且每晚还要额外支付35美元。如果你在Xcel参加活动,这里是个好地方。不过圣保罗已经今非昔比了,所以不要离开北边的街区,那里很容易变得危险。
很棒的酒店,地理位置优越,周围员工都很棒。我们入住时受到了热情的接待,因为那天是我的生日,还送了免费早餐。入住人员非常友好。第二天早上吃早餐时,服务员也非常热情周到,竭尽全力确保我们得到了所需的一切。我强烈推荐这家酒店,如果下次再来附近,我还会入住。
泳池水太冷了,有点失望,但除此之外,我们的住宿体验非常棒!干净舒适,员工友好,代客泊车也很礼貌快捷。总的来说,这是一个美好的夜晚。

房间非常干净宽敞。这对我们来说真是个绝佳的位置。我们去皇宫剧院听音乐会,带了三个孩子,步行即可到达剧院、儿童博物馆和科学博物馆。这个地区的餐厅大多比较高档,所以带孩子找个地方吃午餐有点难。大多数地方都很贵。Cosettas是我们最喜欢的地方,而且步行即可到达。
很棒的住宿体验
非常干净,床也很舒服。唯一的小抱怨是浴室风扇坏了,而且流媒体服务突然停止工作,需要前台帮忙。住宿体验很棒,我们去Xcel能源中心看演出的时候,这次住宿体验堪称完美。
我们醒来后发现梳妆台上有老鼠屎。他们否认有问题,当我要求退款或折扣时,他们给了我们一张10美元的早餐礼品卡。
我的住宿体验很棒,我很欣赏便捷的入住流程和员工的专业技能。唯一的问题是电视机坏了,修好后因为时间原因也没什么用了。
