I was warmly welcomed to this B&B. It is a beautiful house set in extensive grounds. From my window I had lovely views of the garden and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated and the bedding was soft and comfortable. With the warmth of the welcome and the excellent breakfast I would agree this is an excellent 4* and worthy of its great reviews.

Really liked our stay at this property, Christine and Ian were very friendly and helpful, the property has lovey comfortable beds and linen and fluffy towels, the breakfast is fantastic fresh fruit, cereals, juice and full Scottish breakfast, definitely worth staying here if your in the area, we were passing through on way to the highlands. Would recommend

What a great find, a wonderful accommodation, in the outskirts of Lockerbie, town centre about 5 minutes by car, wouldn’t recommend walking, fast cars. A lovely place for a restful stay..
