Mukesh was nice and helpful ,we really like technical assistance. We had an issue of television. He resolved in just 2 minutes.

This hotel has a unique vibe, which is amazing. The staff was really polite and welcoming. It was a pleasant getaway from the hectic city. I must say the breakfast team coordination was truly outstanding and professional. The way they served freshly cooked food and tea with a blend of desire tests fueled the start of our day. The chef and serving executive are assets for the organization's brand values.

The hotel is fantastic inside. I wasn’t too happy to find an alcohol store next to the hotel. But people are kind and respectful of women here and I didn’t feel unsafe either outside the hotel or anywhere in this city . The staff here - Nikita & Harshad made sure check in / check out was smooth. The room is so spacious and neat and clean. The breakfast buffet looked good. And while I didn’t taste the cooked food…it definitely looked good. There was a decent quantity of fruits & salads and I was very happy with that. I would recommend this hotel

In future when i have to stay in bhopal i prefer to stay here because your staffs gives very good service here and its a very good hotel in bhopal

It was a Amazing stay I would like to say especially Thanks to Mr Gulshan kumar From Housekeeping, who makes my stay Comfortable and memorable He is very kind person and know the hospitality.

一系列问题导致我给这家酒店低分……我们预订的是双人间，当天就确认了……结果酒店却给我们安排了一间单人间……提出的解决方案是加一张小床……但这根本不可能，房间太小了……我们最终在第二天拿到了需要的房间……另一个问题是：Wi-Fi 很难用。我们不得不多次返回前台……除此之外，房间干净安静……
